1. Our privacy approach

Kuable is designed to minimize the amount of personal information required to use the service. A traditional personal account is not required for the core learning experience.

2. Information we may process

• Learning requests and generated content. Information you submit when asking Kuable to create lessons or activities, together with the educational content generated in response.
• Purchase and entitlement information. Store transaction or entitlement information needed to confirm access to paid features. Payments are handled by the applicable app store; Kuable does not receive your full payment-card details.
• Technical information. Limited information such as app version, operating system, request status, error information, and similar diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Network information. Internet services may temporarily process information such as IP addresses as part of normal server and security operations.

3. Information you should not submit

Kuable is intended for educational content. Please do not include sensitive personal information in lesson-generation requests, including passwords, financial information, medical records, government identification numbers, or private contact details.

4. How we use information

• Generate and deliver requested educational content.
• Verify access to features or purchased content.
• Maintain application reliability and security.
• Diagnose errors and improve performance.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.

5. Artificial intelligence services

Kuable may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to generate learning content. Information included in a generation request may therefore be transmitted to a service provider for processing. We aim to send only the information needed to complete the request.

6. App stores and service providers

Kuable may rely on third-party providers for services such as application distribution, purchase validation, hosting, infrastructure, security, and artificial intelligence processing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices or as service providers acting on our behalf.

7. Data retention

We aim to retain server-side information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, diagnose problems, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Some learning data may remain stored locally on your device until you remove it or uninstall the application.

8. Children's privacy

Kuable is designed to avoid requiring children to provide names, email addresses, or other traditional profile information for the core learning experience. Users should not include a child's personal identifying information in generated lesson requests. Where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, a parent or guardian should supervise use of the service.

9. Website privacy

This website is a simple informational site and does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and the information processed through it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights regarding personal information, such as access, correction, or deletion. Because Kuable does not require a traditional account for core use, we may need enough information to identify the relevant records before responding to a request.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kuable changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
